Our policies are in place to enable us to provide an outstanding quality provision by making clear to staff and parents what actions we and our staff will take and actions we expect parents to take in some defined situations. We hope these policies explain what we will do and help you understand why we are setting these out. We have selected a few of them to help our parents find the answers they seek out of hours.
